Located in Vitacura, Chile, the Artiagoitia House was designed by a company called Raimundo Anguita and was completed in 2012. The design team included Elvira Guillon, who worked in close collaboration with structural engineering firm Rene Lagos & Asociates, mechanical engineer Darco Micerda and general contractor Daniel Alemparte.
This modern abode was designed to house a large family, which means that it features large, open spaces that are well suited for socialization and family gatherings. The residence flaunts 2 floors and is separated further into 2 distinct courts by the main dining and living areas.
The first floor features a high degree of transparency and comprises the public areas, while the second floor is much more private and non-transparent since it contains the private living arrangements. Featuring great views of the Manquehue hill, the Artiagoitia House is an exceptional home to come home to that is perfectly capable of sustaining a carefree lifestyle for its fortunate owners.
