Viraat Ramayan Mandir will become the largest religious monument in the world after the construction will be completed.
The monument is expected to have a height almost double compared to the 65 meters of the Angkor Wat, the symbol of Cambodia, which today is the most complex monument.
A layout of Viraat Ramayan Mandir was presented and the 190 acres of land began to be prepared to start the work, which will soon debut, as the secretary of Mahavir Mandir Trust says.
The complex will include 18 “houses” for various gods. Each of these will have high towers and will be able to host approximately 20,000 people at the same time. “The funds for this bold project will be provided by the believers, especially ordinary people all over the country”, said Acharia Kishore Kunal, secretary of Mahavir Mandir Trust.
