Eminem’s Childhood Home is For Sale
Eminem’s Childhood home is for sale. The house that appeared on one of the two covers of his 2000 album, The Marshall Mathers LP, is now put up for sale on the Michigan Land Bank website.
The website does not ask for a minimum bid on the property at 19946 Dresden Street, whose parcel number is 21034756, but it says that a $35 processing fee is assessed if an offer is accepted.
The house is estimated to be worth around $33,000, but experts appreciate that the value is likely high because the property is surrounded by abandoned and blighted homes.
Eminem’s mother was listed as the owner of the property since March 1992 until April 2003 and the singer spent most of his teenage years in that house.
