Concept One –Floating Electric Concept Car by Fomm
Concept One is the name chosen by the Japanese manufacturer Fomm for the electric model, about which they say that is the smallest four-seated electric vehicle in the world. Nothing spectacular so far, only the prototype presents also qualities of an amphibious vehicle.
More specifically, the car is designed to be able to move on water only when it is absolutely necessary, as in the case of a flood. This means that the prototype Concept One is not an amphibious vehicle in the true meaning of the word, but is the version of buoyancy and is just an emergency function.
Concept One weighs just 460 kg and is 2.5 meters long and 1.3 meters wide, and the propulsion is achieved by means of two electric motors placed on the front wheels. Each propellant provides a 5KW power and a maximum torque of 280 Nm, while the driver handles the vehicle with a motorcycle handlebar integrated into the dashboard.
