Well, probably more than several times, but if you didn’t take the advice into account until now, it’s time to take a closer look to what life has to give to you and listen to other people who have discovered that life is a lot way simpler than you thought. The need for control. If you are a control freak you must know that this is no good for you because it leads to a doubled or even tripled stress load. Give up control of the things that happen around you and you will be amazed to discover how much better you will feel.
Stop the self-defeating inner monologue. We are often our worst enemy because we are holding ourselves back from our dreams by constantly telling ourselves that we are not good enough, but you have to know that even if your bran is saying it, that doesn’t mean it’s true. Just do it!
You can’t always be right! It’s literally impossible for you to be right all the time, and it’s not worth the effort of trying to point out certain things that will lead to a huge blow up fight with a friend or loved one. But if you really want to do it, do you think that it’s better if you are right or would you rather be kind?

Stop making excuses. Stop finding reasons to delay things you should normally do and just do it. There are a lot of people that get stuck because of the excuses they tell themselves. 99.99999% of those excuses are just lies.
No more fear. Fear is just a product of your mind. It is not real. So, how can you fear something that is not real?
Give up limiting beliefs. What you think is what you are. Whether you think you are poor and unhappy or you choose to believe that you are wealthy and happy, you’re right anyway. Believe you will succeed and achieve things you want and you’ll do it. It’s almost crazy how effective positive thinking is.
